AXON Services Call Center

To frequently exceed the Clients expectations and be the best in the business, we constantly equip ourselves with high levels of knowledge and understanding of the Businesses we serve. We are working round the clock by handling 5 processes and looking to expand. We are running a 30-seater center which runs in US Day shift, however we have the site and infrastructure available to run US Night shift. We are planning to expand the center to 100-seater in the coming months which would include data and voiced processes.

Process Outsourcing

AXON Services also has a past record of successfully working on the below mentioned campaigns:-

  AT&T: One of leading American telecom Companies is looking for call center with 15 to 1500 seats to       promote their products.

  Personal Management Solutions: Our UK process deals with a survey of various U.K customers in       relation to finance management. We provide the customers with an opportunity to enable our advisory       services.

  Canada Long Distance: Our Canadian Client is one of the leading Telecom Company in the Canada's. In       this process 15 of our agents deal with providing the Canadian customers various knowledge and              information about the telephone & DSL packages that we have to offer.

  Lead Generation: We have our own lead generation team who are constantly at work collecting the       various database required for our processes and also for outsourcing.

  Travel Package: We have worked in travel process. Took calls and have booked tickets and gave travel       packages to customers in U.S. asking customers to come for the seminar or fixing up appointment with       the customer service executives.
